For the standard 718 GT4, we offered both a catted and catless solution for a header replacement. But in order to follow suit with the GT4 RS that would introduce necessary compromises–so we didn’t do it. For a transformative solution that still retains catalytic converters, we’ve developed our Sport Header Package that combines our unrestricted Competition Headers with our Sport Cat Over Axle Pipes.
Our Competition Headers maximize the design potential of that section of the GT4 RS, utilizing all the space available for longer tubing and an expanded merge collector to meet the 3-inch flowpath of the Over Axle Pipes, and our Sport Cat Over Axle Pipe with high-flow cats deliver tangible sound and performance gains as it replaces the empty particulate filter on the factory units.
