R8 Gen 3 FL Carbon Front Splitter  – AP DESIGN

At Automotive Passion, we have engineered a one-piece full dry carbon fibre front splitter specifically for the Audi R8 FL 2019+ model year. Designed to enhance aerodynamic performance and visual aggression, the splitter integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s OEM styling – achieving a factory fitted appearance. Our objective was to visually lower the front end without altering the car’s ride height, delivering both aesthetic and functional improvements.

During the design phase, we optimized airflow management to direct turbulent air efficiently into the wheel arches at high velocities. This was achieved through our in-house aerodynamic simulation software, which enables dynamic wind speed testing across CAD models and engineering drawings.

All parts are made from the highest quality pre-preg dry carbon fibre, finished in the market leading Glasurit clear coat and UV. Options offered are Gloss Twill and Matte Twill Carbon.

Install:

The front splitter is a direct plug and play installation using the factory mounting point screw locations, factory screws reused, along with the original factory mounting point clip locations. We recommend a good bonding agent alongside the mounting point locations – Windscreen bonding/tiger seal to ensure high speed rigidity. professional installation is recommended.
